FUNDING REQUESTS:
The A&P Commission rotates its meeting schedules and only hears funding requests once per quarter. All requests must be received by the 15th of the month that the A&P Presentation meeting will be held. Please plan accordingly. Commission meetings happen on the last Tuesday of the month at 9am at City Hall.
PRESENTATION MEETING: All those seeking funds must be present during this time. No funding decisions will be made.
ALLOCATIONS MEETING: Funding decisions from previous presentation meeting are made.
ADMINISTRATIVE MEETING: Time for all other business A&P needs to conduct; an internal meeting if you will.
2025 Meeting Schedule:
July 2025: Presentation Meeting
August 2025: Allocations Meeting
September 2025: Administrative Meeting
October 2025: Presentation Meeting
November 2025: Allocations Meeting
December 2025: Administrative Meeting
A request can be heard during non-presentation meetings if approved by a 2/3 vote of the commission. This would be for extenuating circumstances.
